shortwave

I've had shortwave installed since @Nivo0o0 posted it here. I've only had a few short conversations but when I get a notification that someone on shortwave is nearby, it immediately grabs my attention because (1) it's infrequent and (2) the hyper-local nature of the product. It makes me wonder, "who around me is also on shortwave?"

@alonsoholmes slick UI, loving the BLE, how do you plan on acquiring new users?

Digging the minimal design. Seems very similar to Popcorn Messaging (cc'ing the founder, @Popcorn_Ryan), unfortunately I don't have anybody on it within 70 meters so I haven't had a chance to really try it.
