We've created Shoppimon to help online businesses really understand if their store's are open for business. Something we believe has been way to complicated in the past!
While many traditional monitoring solutions focus on an E-Commerce site's technical infrastructure, Shoppimon focuses on how the customer experiences a store. And if there's anything that gets in a customer's way, from missing images to a broken add to cart function, we're able to tell our users what has gone wrong with their store, why its happening and also explain the impact to their business, rather than focusing on highly technical alerts that don't tell the whole story.
Today Shoppimon is available for free to anyone with a Magento store. There's zero setup or integration necessary, all you have to do is enter your store's url.
