Shepherd is an all‑in‑one AI learning OS. Imagine combining NotebookLM’s ability to synthesize across multiple files and turn them into flashcards and quizzes, Notion’s notetaking ability, and the ability to generate your own Coursera to learn ANY topic.
Shepherd
True story: I came to the US when I was 16 for college. High School had always been a relative breeze, and so I had not built any strong studying skills. In my college chemical engineering classes, I was drowning in PDFs, complicated equations, long lectures, and problem sets and nearly failed my sophomore year. The “study stack” of six different apps barely kept me afloat, and it was super hard to juggle. I ultimately survived, but I can't seem to shake that fear of failing.
So we built the tool I wish I’d had, so others never feel it.
We built this for the student I was - we built this for the learners like me.
The strivers and stragglers.
The ones who want to stay ahead and don’t want to cheat.
The ones who want to learn.
This is for you.
🐑 Shepherd, the AI learning Operating System — and today it fits in your pocket.
After months of testing our web version (shepherd.study) with 100,000+ early users, our mobile app is live on the app-store.
Here’s what you can do while waiting for coffee:
Interact and Understand complex materials REALLY quickly: Upload in a PDF, slide deck, or website or YouTube link → get an instant summary, chat with the files and make flashcards and quizzes to test yourself.
Get Homework help without cheating: Take a picture and ask Shepherd and it will guide you to the right answer
Record, transcribe your lectures…play it back in the future, use AI to summarize, expand and convert it into flashcards and quizzes
Make your own Coursera: Turn any content into a personalized roadmap with deadlines, reminders, progress tracking.
Even if this is not for you, please share this with your loved ones who are going through finals week now.

Congrats on the launch! I've been using Shepherd as a companion for learning French and it's been such a great resource.
Combining notes and quizzes? Such a useful platform! 😄
