I'm thrilled to introduce Serenica, a meditation app born from a personal quest and crafted for spontaneity. Like many, I struggled to make meditation a regular habit. It felt unnatural to force it into my daily routine, akin to ticking off a task on a productivity checklist. However, journaling led to a revelation: I found numerous spontaneous moments throughout my day craving meditation - post-Zoom meetings, during after-lunch walks, or even after a gym session.
Existing meditation apps, despite their variety, often fell short. They lacked personalization and were cumbersome when choosing the right meditation for the moment. That's when the idea of Serenica struck me: a meditation app that adapts to your spontaneous needs with just the right music and guidance, powered by GPT and high-quality text-to-speech technology.
Developing Serenica was a journey of passion and learning, with no prior coding experience and as a solo entrepreneur. After six months, here we are!
