We created SentimentSnap because we believe most small to mid-sized brick and mortar businesses need a simple way to gather honest, private customer feedback.
These businesses don’t have the budget or expertise to implement complex customer satisfaction surveys. Public reviews are extremely important but they’re skewed by the relatively small percentage of people who post them, usually when they’re either super happy or super angry.
SentimentSnap fills the gap between expensive market research and reactive public reviews. Our solution helps businesses proactively monitor their performance and potentially identify issues before they show up on Yelp, Google, Facebook, Trip Advisor etc.
We currently have a gelato chain doing a pilot program in LA and are seeking more small to mid-sized brick and mortar businesses to test drive our solution for free.
In addition, we are looking for a Head of Business Development/Growth to join our team and help roll this out (equity-based compensation only to begin with).
