The missing search app on Apple Watch. Search the web on your Apple watch & read results in text mode right on your wrist. You can read web pages in pure text mode without any clutter so you get the info you need quickly. From the makers of ReBoard Keyboard.
Hello,
Ever since I got my Apple Watch, I always wanted it to work independently from my iPhone. I felt there is a strong need to have a search app on Apple Watch with which I can lookup the information on the go without depending on my iPhone.
SearchLight lets you perform quick Google searches and displays the results in a neat list. To read a result, just tap on it and the app shows you the text of the page without any clutter or links or ads. It even saves your search history so that you can repeat any search with one tap.
We are just starting with the web search and will add more types of searches in next updates making the app more powerful.
I'm the maker of ReBoard Keyboard, a popular 3rd party keyboard app on AppStore.
I hope you like this app and feel free to share your feedback and suggestions.
@jeet232 The app is great and bought right away for my apple watch here are the wish list
1) Flycktype keyboard input for this app it would be great if you partner with the creator of Flycktype they seems to partner with quite a lot of apps like lens, nano, watchchat and so on
2) Option to open in Full view (in webkit) if we want from within the app
3) Option to see optimized view ( middle ground between full text and full view) like the one in the watch app wristweb ( that app is not updated anymore it was last updated in 2015)
4) Browse any websites
I know i am asking too much but then this would be just perfect for me.
