I love using ScreenCap.IT because it is easy, captures only the area of the screen I want to share, and I can easily add arrows or blur out info I don't want the recipient to see. I have a short link with the edited image to share over social media or instant message. Works great for sharing issues on websites I'm using with tech support, showing others where to find something on a page, or saving logos or other images that I can't save from the web.
