I created this product to help me manage my staff better. I currently oversee a team of around 15 frontline staff providing applied behavior analytic therapy. For me, this means each person has different behavioral achievements (job tasks) they need to focus on. Bringing me to problem 1. Easily remembering what my staff needed.
My next problem was helping me and they monitor improvement in those skills, in an effective and (whenever possible) behavior analytic manner. This is where the idea of weighted scorecards comes into play. These come from the world of Organizational Behavior Management psychology.
Simply put, some tasks are more important than others and we should give staff a way to know what is expected of them, where they stand currently, and how to get there.
On top of this, the system makes it easy to quickly decide who should and should not get raises or further training. Those who are scoring high are performing well and thus, should be rewarded. Those who are not doing well can be targeted for training to bring them up to speed.
By taking notes each review, you can inform the employee of where they're at now, in terms of performance, and what they would need to do to improve for the next review.
@mqsley if you don’t mind, would a feature that allows for employees to give peers/colleges on their teams feedback or something like that be helpful.
One feature planned is for employees to be able to provide anonymous feedback to supervisors during feedback cycles.
Again, thanks for your time and kind comment! If you don’t have anymore time. Thanks anyway!! 🙏
@jared_gibb it wouldn't be prudent for me to comment on a feature that I haven't tested which solves a problem I don't have - sorry dude.
Do you know what kind of orgs are your target? Can you DM me on twitter - I'm sure I have some intros up my sleeve i can make for you
