@johnkyeremeh Thanks for the support and question! For questions, our doctors are amazing and really are able to support any health question within primary care. They use their resources like UpToDate to get you the best answers and next steps - in some cases they help empower you to see your doctor and talk about how to follow ups and the possible other options available. We are actively pushing B2B/2C conversations - but cycles are long, and we did not want that to stop us from learning from potential users and how to iterate on fundamental design principles!

@ilyayaroshevichqa If we can validate some of our hypothesis, we may consider advertising, creating a freemium tier (some users want this)? and expanding into B2B/B2(clinic). We are trying our best to make the access as free as possible w/o compromising quality and doctor in the loop., and to do this at scale, we have big plans of leveraging supervised & reinforced machine learning.
