India’s ROSCA market is ₹16.5 trillion but 95% is unorganised without digital tools, legal safeguards or credit score building, leaving millions vulnerable, over ₹80,000 crore has been lost to chit fund scams, impacting 6 crore+ victims as per CBI records.

 Additionally, financial wellness is getting complicated. In FY2025 alone, over 5 crore SIPs were discontinued due to uncertain markets, while credit rates skyrocket it also includes hidden charges and rigid terms. A safe flexible middle ground for ordinary citizen is missing.
