Working remotely in complex org structures on a global scale for many years has prompted us to come up with a way to help the unsung heroes in the trenches of the remote work gain more visibility.

Congratulations on the launch! As someone who's worked remotely for the past 3 years, I relate to this. It's true that a lot of people do not get the credit they deserve while working remote. Happy to see that being solved.

But it is possible to build the culture regardless of who sits where.
