Working remotely in complex org structures on a global scale for many years has prompted us to come up with a way to help the unsung heroes in the trenches of the remote work gain more visibility. We are talking about the ones that do the right things in the right way, and rarely get the recognition they deserve. In most cases they are invisible to the leadership teams and frequently get skipped over when promotions and bonuses are due. But they are highly valued by their teammates, it's just that this is very hard to track and be data-driven about. That's why we wanted RoMo to keep your company's core values front and center, gently but relentlessly reminding users to celebrate their teammates' contributions. Recognition becomes seamless, right within Slack or Teams. No friction, no delays — just quick, meaningful appreciation with a few clicks and a few kind words. Here's where the magic happens: using RoMo's flexible tagging system, you can slice your whole organization into custom groups — whether it’s departments, project teams, seniority, tribe, leadership circles — and introduce tailored recognitions and rewards if you want. So for example, you can check which junior developers are role-modeling certain core values, so you can give them recognition, boost their confidence and work with them on their career plans. As a leader, you really want to keep a close eye on the right behaviors and reinforce them, regardless where you find it in the organization. Congratulations on the launch! As someone who's worked remotely for the past 3 years, I relate to this. It's true that a lot of people do not get the credit they deserve while working remote. Happy to see that being solved. Good luck! :)

But it is possible to build the culture regardless of who sits where.
