Hello Product Hunt, With so much excitement, we are happy to launch a product we have been building for the past five months—one that we believe will change the landscape of employee growth in a progressive workplace. My name is Favour. My co-founder (Lanre) and I have built Revaise, and we are ready to share it with the PH community. It's no news how essential peer reviews can be for productivity and personal development. With secondary research from abundant sources and extensive user research from my co-founder and I, we set out to build the best tools for peer reviews in the workplace. From Revaise's lens, an employee's underperformance is an opportunity to help them become the best version with wholesome feedback that makes them bounce back up better than before. And it's no news how much a productive employee can impact a business. Revaise seeks to do one thing right, peer reviews.
