Hi All! I lead up the product team at Return Saver. We know how painful online returns can be and wanted to create a solution that would take the hassle out of the return process. So we teamed up with FedEx to offer members unlimited, free returns on any purchase they make online. Members simply come to ReturnSaver.com when they need to return a purchase, fill out our simple form, print a return label and drop off their package at the nearest FedEx location. With about 1/3 of all online purchases being returned and it being one of the largest points of consumer friction, we believe free returns is the next big thing. We've even extended this free 30-day trial offer for our Product Hunt friends - use this link here for 20% off membership at only $39/yr! http://bit.ly/1D4dMno
This looks interesting but doesn't solve the biggest pain point - having to go to fedex to drop off the package. If they came and picked it from you this would be much more compelling for me.
@lkr We agree, Laura! That is something we are currently exploring as an enhancement to the existing product with FedEx at home pickup. The end goal being, you can shop and return without ever having to leave your home.
@lkr@KristoferTM They do, but One Rate is through FedEx Express and we're utilizing FedEx Ground services. It's just understanding the cost and usage points associated with allowing residential pickup options. One we certainly see the value in. Would you pay a small additional fee for your return to be picked up at home?
This looks super convenient. Hard to find the price on the site but seems to be $39/year. If you're a heavy online shopper, this would save a lot of time figuring out how and where to send back returns.
