Thank you for your feedback @owenfar! In our work with over 1,000 ecomm brands at Chatdesk, we’ve found that retargeting customers who haven’t purchased in 90 days allows for peak winback rates. It’s on our roadmap to allow more personalization for customers who want to adjust these dates. Chatdesk also offers additional segmentation options for brands with more flexibility.
