Hey PH! I think the current systems for finding roommates or rental places (mostly Craigslist and Facebook) are lacking. It's hard to search through, and if you miss a good opportunity it's basically gg. I built Reside to connect people who need roommates each other and people who need renters to rentees (and vice versa) - basically just putting all of that stuff in one location. Everything's free, no payment for communication or any of that.
