Hi Alex, that's a great question!
I'd say yes — a cohesive remote culture is what allows diverse teammates, all around the world, to communicate and collaborate effectively. Without it, it'll be difficult to do great work as a team. So remote cultures are essentially value-driven cultures.
And perhaps this doesn't apply to ALL remote companies, but it definitely applies those that have built incredible remote cultures. These are the companies we'll showcase on Remotefit! 🏆

Love the idea of screening for “EQ” on both sides to make sure everyone’s on a similar wavelength.
Curious to see how companies try to stand out from one another when hiring remote talent.
For sure! I think that trying to attract the best remote talent will incentivize companies to continue investing in their values & culture, and making sure it's an amazing place to work.
