Literally a scam. I purchased a subscription, figured out that the service is literally wishy-washy, I'd say nothing valuable, and decided to turn down the subscription. If you need to cancel your subscription, you have to email them. They claim that it will be reviewed within 24 hours. They didn't manage to make it within the specified time. Never again.
