Painlessly refer your friends for jobs

Help your friends get a job by embedding a widget on your website where you point visitors to your friends for jobs that you're not available for. Create your widget in the online generator and embed it on your website using an iframe. It's as simple as that.

Hi Hunters 👋 As you know, many have lost their job due to this pandemic. I have built a tool that you can use to help your talented friends back into the job market. Previously, if you had gotten inquires about job opportunities and not been particularly interested, you would likely (at least I) have pointed them to one of your friends in the same area of expertise. With referrer.sh you can simply construct a small list of your friends, containing their name, profession, a short description, number of years of experience in the field, and an optional image. You can include this small widget on your website, which won't add any sort of heft or slowness. I really hope you will like this tool. If you have any further ideas on how to make this better, or any other feedback, please let me know in the comment section below!

Hey Albin, this is great, I will definitely pass this on to my freelancer friends! Had a small hiccup at first by not including "https://" in the link input, and got redirect to a netlify 404 page, but managed to make it work after! Would love if you could take a look at ReallyGoodMassages on my hunt page as well 😄

@cody_tacit Thanks for the feedback! Yeah if you don't include that I'll try to do a local page link I believe. I will look into fixing that for sure 👍

Great idea @albin_groen One challenge though. I have added the iframe inside my raw HTML code and not having the best of experiences. Here's the link: https://lewisngugi.tk/ and in my HTML code, there are other types of content below the iframe but the iframe hides them and one can't scroll down. Even the footer has disappeared.

@lewis_kang_ethe Thanks for the feedback! That sounds really weird... I will look into that directly!

@lewis_kang_ethe The issue should now be resolved. Please try again by recreating a widget, and let me know if it works as expected. 👍 The issue was due to a missing closing bracket on the iframe.

@albin_groen Should I go back to the site to start over the process?
Albin Groen
Yeah I think that would be easiest. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nice to get it battle tested though!
