We just launched the iOS app for Reamaze that allows businesses already on the Reamaze platform to better engage with customers while on the go. The app resembles the web version of Reamaze but optimizes key interactions. The app still supports multi-channel communications such as email, direct messaging, social media, SMS/MMS. Live chat is not available on mobile but we think Reamaze's direct messaging features offer a better experience anyways.
