@navinkulkarni and @dnfisher Thanks so much for the feedback! Great to hear. :) @jacqvon We work with chefs from different regions every month to come up with the recipes. We have always experimented with spices when cooking but our Native American posole from January with our freshly ground chiles was definitely a favorite!
I subscribed to Raw Spice Bar a few month ago, and have really enjoyed it. The best thing for me is that it simplifies the process of creating dishes which require many different spices, which I ordinarily wouldn't cook because of lack of knowledge or not wanting to buy a whole jar of something, which I know I'd only use once. Rebecca's recipes are also top notch, with last month's Memphis style ribs being a particular highlight. That and it's $6 a month - can't really go wrong in my eyes. Keep up the good work Rebecca!
