Ever found a new Spotify artist and wanted to hear all their top tracks? Or perhaps wanted to listen to all an artist's music, from debut to present? Ranked Records is a web app where you can create playlists across ALL of an artist's discography!

TL;DR: This project has been a long time in the making. Thanks for checking it out! My first attempt at building Ranked Records was in 10th grade, where I quickly lost motivation due to a combination of other time commitments and lack of experience. It became a forgotten project... ... until I kept finding new artists on Spotify... and kept wishing that there was some way for me to create a playlist to listen to all their songs. Eventually the frustration won over, and I revived the project. Instead of making it a scrappy script, I decided I wanted it to be a fully functional web application. And here we are \o/

This is fantastic! Spotify never quite allows me to play music how I want. I've tried it out with one of my long-time listens (Brian McKnight) and it did a great job of putting together a chronological list of his music. I love the feature to filter out keywords (e.g. instrumental) - could explicit songs be filtered out too? And is there a way to save the resulting playlist to your Spotify account? Thank you - this is great!

@craig_williamson Hi Craig, thanks for using the app! The resulting list can be made into a playlist via "Create Playlist" button -> "Create Playlist" option in that modal. This will add the playlist to your Spotify account, and a direct link will be shown. Let me know if you have trouble using this flow! I'll definitely look into adding the explicit filter!
