Quitly is a simple and intuitive app that helps you track and log your sober day streaks, whether you’re quitting smoking, counting days without alcohol, or counting time since any meaningful event.
I've always been curious about my routines, like how long it’s been since I last had a drink, my average streak without junk food, or how many times I’ve had sweets this month so I decided to build Quitly.
Seeing a live counter tracking my streak of sober days helps me stay on track, avoid slipping back into bad habits, and keep pushing my streaks even further.
What strategies do you use to break bad habits? And what’s been your biggest challenge? I’d love to hear your thoughts and insights!
I installed it and liked it, I hope my productivity improves with the help of Quitly. Congratulations on the launch.
Notion + Quitly = Productivity doubled
@joaquimchuquela I’m glad to hear that, Joaquim!
Thank you for giving it a try. I also use it daily to track my streaks of clean days for my own habits, alongside other apps like Obsidian and Apple Reminders.
Feel free to reach out with any suggestions for new features, improvements, or anything you feel is missing. Thanks again for the feedback! Enjoy the app!
Grats on the launch!
I track these things with Notion but a separate good-looking app with extended stats is definitely better to cover such important areas of one’s life
@dimoire Thank you, glad to hear that!
Yes, that’s exactly why I wanted to create this app! Watching the real-time count of seconds and tracking my streaks really motivates me to stay on track. I also wanted to see my average streak between resets for more insight into my routines.
Feel free to share any ideas for new features or improvements! I’d love your input! Thanks for the feedback!
