I am so happy to introduce to you the "Quit smoking toolbox"🧰
Do you smoke? Did you try to quit?
I used to be a heavy smoker. I remember days I smoked up to 40 cigarettes per day. I was losing my health, I was miserable, tried almost everything and I was failing constantly.
I broke cigarettes and throw them away in the bin and say "Yes, This time I quit.", 2 hours later go back and search for the half ones that I can smoke.😭
Then one day I quit smoking, I consider this one of my best achievements in life.
This toolbox is born when Erşan -who is also MD- and I was talking about our experiences about smoking cessation. And we wanted to share our experience and scientific knowledge in a user-friendly way, on notion 🥰

After so many hours and days I've pushed the effort just being able to quit, I finally did it with the support and motivations of my dear friend @nazli_gulenc. We've created this toolbox from our own stories and expertise. We believe you'll find it handy and assistful.
Daily reminder: Never allow yourself to visualize yourself enjoying a cigarette. You deserve better.
@ersanyurtseven I believe this toolbox will help a lot of people who are trying to find their way. Stopping smoking is a big change, and it is tricky but quitting can be a bit easier if you have a plan. 🗓
