QuikReturn empowers consumers to return online purchases from home via integrations with partner retailers. Once picked up from customers, returns are aggregated, palletized, and shipped back in bulk, reducing return shipping costs and carbon footprint.
Howdy, Product Hunt Community!
My name is Ethan Susser. I am the Founder and CEO of QuikReturn. I created this product as a fashion obsessed environmentalist frequently disgruntled with both the stagnantly inefficient nature of eCommerce returns and the obscene amount of waste generated by the space.
The Problem:
eCommerce returns suck. They are inconvenient for time-strapped online shoppers and they generate a ton of waste. Retailers would love to make return experiences more convenient and eco-friendly but they can’t because return shipping is already so expensive.
The Solution:
QuikReturn is the answer. We are a reverse logistics as a service (rLaaS) solution that integrates with eCommerce websites to provide their customers the option to have a courier pick up their unwanted items and return them on their behalf. We then aggregate those parcels and ship them back to retailers in bulk, reducing shipping costs by over 30% while elevating return experiences to new heights. Most importantly, we drastically reduce the number of trucks bringing returns from metropolitan areas back to retailers’ warehouses, reducing associated carbon emissions.
Now live in NYC with your favorite brands.
Thanks everyone for your support, we hope to get some valuable feedback from the community❤️ feel free to ask your questions or let me know what you think of our product! Some thought starters for you:
What do you think the worst part of returning an online purchase is? What prevents you, if anything, from returning an online purchase?
There are few things I hate more than having to take packages to the store for a return, but Ethan and his team has made it so simple to avoid that inconvenience with QuikReturn. Very happy to recommend the service to anyone who has no time or desire to make returns on their own (like me).
Congrats on the launch! I had an awesome experience with QuikReturn back in the initial DTC phase and I’m excited to continue to use the service. How can I expect my experience using QuikReturn to be different/improved now that you’re integrated directly with brands?
@cj_york Thanks for the question CJ! I'm glad you had an awesome experience with us, we've pivoted slightly from the direct to consumer strategy and now are partnering with retailers and integrating with their websites & return processes to offer their customers at-home returns. A direct to consumer offering is still possible in the future, but for now we're focusing on onboarding retailers.
