Pros:Visibility and community are good, and the space is inclusive and welcoming.
Cons:If you're not queer, it's probably not for you!
The admins are working really hard on a list of improvements and enhancements. John and Becks seem to have a well thought out and adaptable game plan for how this directory and community will grow. They're super receptive to feedback, and have been wicked thoughtful and considerate in creating QDC while allowing it to grow and change as the community needs it to.
Pros:QDC gives professional visibility and validation to people who don't often get it.
Cons:If you can't or don't use Slack, you miss out on a really neat part of Queer Design Club.
