Quanta is the accounting service for software businesses who want to get their finances right, without delay. We’re a full-service, all-in-one accounting and tax solution. We’ve built our own accounting system that lets us keep you finances up to date in real-time. Since we’ve automated all the routine accounting work, we don't need offshore bookkeepers who operate on a several week lag. Instead, you work with an in-house software accounting expert in a dedicated Slack channel.
Hey, Product Hunt! 👋 We’re thrilled to announce Quanta today, and offer the PH community a discount to get started.
What is Quanta? Quanta is an accounting service with a product-first approach. We built our own general ledger powered by an AI accounting engine— replacing Quickbooks and automating what outsourced bookkeepers do manually. We use this system to provide an incredibly fast and smooth accounting service. The areas we focus on that set us apart are:
Lightning-fast delivery: Our accounting software keeps everything up-to-date in real-time, with rapid onboarding for quick starts.
Unparalleled accuracy: Our accounting entries are automated, allowing for programmatic policy enforcement. We continuously run dozens of checks and reconciliations.
Advanced revenue and accrual functionality: We’ve built deep financial integrations including Stripe, and a custom contract ingestion system to achieve sophisticated revenue recognition. All accrual schedules are built natively into Quanta.
Expert strategic support: Customers don’t work with outsourced bookkeepers doing cheap manual labor, as is the status quo: instead they work with experts who have the time to focus on high-value work for clients, and are available via Slack.
Why did we build it?
I’ve spent the majority of my career as an engineer building financial systems. I've built credit cards, different types of loans, and in-house accounting ledgers, all from the ground up. A theme across those years was the painful shortcomings of traditional accounting software, which make it nearly impossible to answer seemingly basic financial questions without an immense amount of bespoke work. I’m grateful to have been joined by an incredible team who also saw the same problems — they engineered financial systems at Stripe and Affirm, and led accounting teams at Notion and Intercom.
How do I get started?
Head to usequanta.com and click “get started.” We offer a 7 day free trial! You can get up-and-running on full service accounting in ten minutes, which is unheard of from incumbent accounting firms. If you’re reading this, you get a discount with the code linked in our PH page.
@helenhastings really nice ui. feels like it's built with the understanding of main pain points of standard accounting software you can never properly use (looking at you qb). what sort of integrations do you have with payment systems, crm, etc?
@andrew_white_13 Thank you! We've built integrations with almost all of the financial tools used by growing software companies: Stripe, Mercury, Brex, Ramp, Gusto, Rippling, and Carta to name a few. You can check them all out at https://www.usequanta.com/integrations. No CRM integrations yet-- is that something you would like to see?
We've been using Quanta for a few months now at Paper (paper.design) and we're really happy. Congrats to Helen and the team for the launch and the fundraise!

Awesome! I really liked the multi-month date picker and the way it updates the headline numbers, charts, and data elements. That's a nifty component.
