Are there any features to help mitigate potential biases? This is a very valid point, and I recently found an article explaining how to be "maximally inclusive" when using AI and Boolean to search for talent. We have covered most of the points already because our AI generates synonyms and alternative keyword spellings. Also, we don't select based on experience or background; we mostly use skill-based terms. I will keep looking at how we can improve the AI to be maximal inclusive! That is very high on the to-do list. ;) I also think sharing your queries with others is a useful feature. Do you have plans to expand beyond job boards to other talent sources like professional networks or alumni databases? Yes! We currently use X-ray for GitHub and other websites. I am thinking of making these X-ray searches more flexible by using a domain of your own choosing. You can point it to any website or network, and it will execute the Boolean in that context. I have to think of how I can best do this.
