Qrono is the fastest way to build a rental company. We handle the full-stack for booking and scheduling: no-code embeds, frontend components, and developer-friendly APIs.
@rrhoover So far, we're seeing a lot of people use it to maximize the usage of spaces, especially non-traditional spaces that wouldn't work on existing platforms like AirBNB. (so think: phone booths, kitchens, couches, spare bedrooms, conference rooms, recording studio, hot desk...)
Spaces are great assets to manage, because security is easy -- you can't steal a room or a building. And we don't put you into a marketplace, so people are using us for internal solutions, or for smaller communities. (For instance, one startup is using us as a "private AirBNB" for employees to stay in cheap corporate housing when visiting the HQ)
One of the easiest things you can do with our platform is basically build a "calendly for your spare bedrooms and couches". Priya and I use it for this right now, and it's been convenient to send to friends, instead of trying to negotiate travel dates with them over text.
@drewface very cool. I like the concept of "unlocking" more spaces through software like this.
Someday I hope to own my own small coworking space. Qrono would be useful then. :)
Hi Product Hunt,
Priya and I are two engineers building the booking platform we wish we had at our previous companies. We’re launching Qrono in open beta to get as much feedback as possible on our first attempt :)
Qrono is the easiest way to build a rental or sharing economy company. Basically, we’re a SaaS platform that handles all things booking-and-scheduling related, so developers don’t have to waste time debugging datetime, recurrence, and calendar libraries.
💡 How it started
These days, it’s easy to take a good developer experience for granted, but we were surprised by the poor experience and buggy APIs of existing off-the-shelf booking platforms. It seemed like they were built for old school business, not a new generation of software-first rental companies.
The goal was simple: make it stupid simple for developers, indie hackers, and early-stage startups to build rental and sharing economy companies.
You should be able to ship something useful in 15 minutes, but also have the flexible tooling needed to scale to millions of bookings when you reach product-market fit.
🚢 How it works
Honestly, it’s easiest to just see for yourself:
Try [creating a rental page for your spare couch](https://docs.qrono.dev/docs/crea...), it’ll take <5 minutes, and at the end you’ll have something convenient to send your friends, on us.
❓ How you can help
Our platform is rough around the edges, so you can help us most by providing feedback!
If you’re interested in following our progress, you can track large platform improvements at [our public roadmap](https://github.com/orgs/Qrono-La...).
Thank you, genuinely. I hope you are able to build something fun and useful using Qrono!

We're a team of 13 and we only have 1 meeting room at our office. With Qrono we've been able to build a booking system for the room in like 30 minutes or so. That's awesome!
@pavelgvay wow, that's so good to hear!
I know our default hourly timerange picker is a bit odd at the moment.
We're rolling out some new options soon, let me know if you have any feedback!
