Now that it's Ramadan, Muslims worldwide are waking up in the night to perform worship. There are specific time frames recommended for sleep and others for worship (like ritual prayer (salah), recitation of the Quran, and so on) producing a balance where we push ourselves but also fulfill our needs of course.
I've found myself calculating this manually, which gets quite annoying because these times change slightly everyday as the sunset and natural times change slightly everyday.
