Pumponomics is fitness app for people who train at the gym. Through the app, you can get a tailored workout plan each month designed around your goal and schedule, adjusting each month to your progress and most importantly, your lifestyle.

The Pumponomics app was created with the vision to create a great, cost-effective alternative to a Personal Trainer to help people hit their fitness goals over the long-term and truly maximize their time in the gym. Born from the personal experience of learning how to train through self-study, friends and training with a personal trainer, I developed the app initially as a pet project, but then realised the app had the potential to really help people and so it was officially launched to the world in September 2018.
The app allows you to:
- Request a new workout plan each month based on a goal, fitness level and schedule
- Keep track of your personal best and progress for each exercise
- Access a library of exercises and training tips

@jamesmpie I've been looking for something like this. What are your plans for getting all the images in place? I like how easy it is to look at the steps for exercise without a video, but there are many missing.
