Wav Content allows you to remotely start and stop recording videos by clapping your hands twice. You no longer have to constantly go back and forth from your phone, and the claps are automatically cropped out for you!

Hi PH, BACKSTORY In 2019, @andrew_hamilton2 and I started building a social media fitness app. Somewhere along the way, we realized the app we had built wasn't solving a real problem for anyone. But when we started making content to post on it, we realized the process (constant running back/forth to record, toggling, etc.) wasn't fun. PUMP CONTENT We had the idea to simplify the process of filming content by allowing users to remotely start/stop recording by clapping twice. Pump Content automatically removes the double-claps from the videos so editing is an even more straightforward process (no need for cropping whatsoever): 1. Just set up your phone and double-clap to start recording 2. When you're done, double-clap to stop recording 3. Record as many videos as you like without touching your phone 4. Edit and share to your favorite platforms OUR COMPANY (http://pumpml.com) The goal of our company is to make it easy for developers to build products that understand the world around them. In building Pump Content, we realized how difficult it was (on the machine learning side) to make our app accurately respond to the sound of a double-clap. We also realized there is so much information contained in audio (beyond just speech) that our devices simply cannot understand (e.g., clapping hands, baby cry, the rumble of a motor, etc.). Pump Content is just one example of how our SDK/API can be implemented, but we envision a future in which any developer can easily embed their products with the sense of sound. Andrew & Jonah

Love this double clap feature: I use it all the time for workout videos and I definately would recommend the app to anyone who’s big into fitness videos like me.

@noah_zimmerman Glad to hear!

Amazing app and I think everyone should down load it ASAP. The double clap start/stop feature is so useful in so many situations far beyond the gym. Best part is, you don’t even have to edit the videos after. Fully recommend!
