Hi Everyone 👋, I'm Peter. I built Promi with my cofounder Jiaxin. We're coming from Uber, where I led product for discounts. Jiaxin and I saw firsthand how being smarter with discounts generated an extra >$1B in gross bookings for Uber, and we wanted to bring this personalization magic to other ecommerce retailers. We shift discount spend away from users that would order anyway toward more uses that need the extra nudge, increasing conversion for this group and driving more overall revenue. Promi is available today for any Shopify merchants via the app store. Wow @peter_moot, Promi is a game-changer! The idea of optimizing discounts by leveraging user behavior and product signals is brilliant. I’m particularly interested in how Promi can help during peak shopping seasons. Does the algorithm adapt in real-time to fluctuations in customer behavior?

Impressive, I think it's a great way to boost sales. Is there any mechanism to prevent abuzz of discount? For example, I am creating several accounts, trying to find out the best discount on the product?
