Currently, the segmentation is done in your product. We are building integrations into Segment and PostHog to be able to create your cohorts based on product usage, sync them with Formbricks and then only survey exactly the users you want to survey.

@paolo_degiglio We are currently beta testing pre segmentation with a handful of users. You can store your customers' answers from previous surveys (e.g. onboarding survey) in your customer object and together with the customer info you have in your product database (or tools like Segment) (e.g. signup date) you can target the survey to specific users. But this is still in closed beta; at the moment you have to do this via coding when you embed the PMF survey into your app. However, we would love to get your feedback on this functionality. What type of segmentation do you need?
