Meera was in the core team that implemented Prime Minister Modi's International workforce mobility program under “Skill India Mission” to skill about 50,000 workers and I am a 3x entrepreneur who was the first product head at OYO Flagship and helped OYO pivot from marketplace to network of owned hotels. In our experience, we saw that in a typical career, first 3-4 years go in exploration, picking up whatever job was offered in campus placements and then exploring the deep ends of it. Hence we built Pragmatic Leaders, as a bridge for mid-career technology professionals to confidently change roles or careers. We are not a coding or data bootcamp. Rather, we are focused on specialised technology business roles like, product, tech sales, growth, marketing etc. which make almost 65% of the headcount of any technology company. Pragmatic Leaders is the only technology MBA for mid-career professionals in India - free until hired. Screened candidates are admitted into a 10 month online program, where they solve real-world case studies in small groups guided by a senior global mentor ultimately to land jobs in influential global companies. Our product management programs have been a hit, with 60% MoM growth, candidates of Pragmatic leaders get placed in half the time at double the placement rate compared to market standards, with an average 50% salary hike. Pragmatic leaders, they are basically running a scam and extortion business under the name of edtech. The placement rate is 10%, yet they put 79% figure in their advertisement. The companies they claim to have partnership is also a fake claim, I have written replies from the companies which says otherwise. TThey just take loans on peoples name and extort them to pay later. Disgusting charlatans.
