Hi Product Hunt 👋 We're excited to introduce a free 'Pre-Money and Post-Money Valuation Tool' for entrepreneurs! From our experience helping startups with fundraising, we've learned that many founders feel overwhelmed when it comes to calculating and understanding their startup's pre-money and post-money valuations. To solve this problem, we decided to build a free tool that helps entrepreneurs determine: - Their company's pre-money valuation (value before raising investment) - Post-money valuation (value after raising funding) - The equity stake of investors after their investment.
