This product came about because I found several issues with my own electricity bill, for which I had to create a big spreadsheet with multiple columns and analysis points highlighting exactly where and how my bill was incorrectly calculated.
Since common systematic errors and issues found in retailer billing are not resolved by the ombudsman through actions for the collective, each individual has to raise the same issue themselves.
So to help each individual and as I had 'cracked the code' in this confusing process I wanted to give everyone the ability to resolve their billing issues quickly and easily through the Retailer and Ombudsman, as I had.
