I am currently focused on increasing my protein intake to improve albumin levels and fiber to support healthy blood glucose and for blunting the inflammatory effects of blood sugar spikes. The key for me has been getting my friend and girlfriend involved, and my parents / grandparent focused on it as well. it's something for us to talk about
