Maker
I created PolyNome to scratch my own itch as a musician. - I wanted to be able to create and save practice routines with all the timers and tempo changes already there, so all I had to do was sit down and play. - I wanted a way of creating complex clicks and interesting grooves to play along to. - I wanted to be able to easily create setlists for my band (as well as be able to print them from the app and create count offs for each song) - I wanted to be able to program complex rhythmic ideas and polyrhythms so I could hear how they should sound. - I wanted a way to track exactly how long I'd worked on each exercise and which tempos I'd played at. - I wanted to be able to set goals of what I wanted to work on. The more things I found myself wanting to do, the bigger the app became, and it's a continual work in progress. I hope you find it as useful as I do! Joe
