Polling methods today are incredibly outdated - most still use cold calling techniques that produce low response rates. Given the fact that very few of these traditional polls predicted the outcomes of Brexit or the recent presidential election, this is a new approach that improves results by increasing response rates and simplifying the survey down to what really matters.
It uses a bot/messaging approach with rewards to encourage more responses, which in turn improves accuracy. It also takes inspiration from Net Promoter Score methodology to boil a poll down to just 1 question - "Would you be willing to encourage a friend to vote for _____", thus finding a candidate's "brand enthusiasts", or rather the people who would be most likely to vote for him/her.
