@chrismessina Thanks for the hunt, Chris! 🙌 --- A bit late to the party, but hey Product Hunters! 👋 Here's a small tool I made to help you create attention-grabbing images of Twitter posts. 🐦 I created Poet.so because I felt that the regular way of sharing tweets looked a bit bland outside of Twitter. And I wanted something that looked a bit spicier. 🌶️ I'd love to hear your feedback and do let me know in the comments if you have any suggestions or questions. Give it a try and I hope you like it! 💛

I love this. You know what, let me tell you a bit about my use case for these, Rang. I quote a lot of tweets in my books, particularly now that the topics I write about are Twitter-centric. I have had a super hard time getting Retina-resolution Twitter screenshots (on a white background so they print well) for The Embedded Entrepreneur. If you were to add a white-background option and supported threads (some nesting at least), you'd have a paid customer :) For anything else, this is already superb.

Thanks for the comment @arvidkahl ! 😀 Interesting use case. I think I have a hacky solution to get the background white if you'd like to try it. If you open your web console while on poet.so. You can type in the following and press Enter: document.querySelector('#content > div.absolute.inset-0').setAttribute('style', 'background: white'); document.querySelector('#content > div.relative.z-0.transition-all.w-full.card-holder > div.absolute.inset-0.card-blur-shadow').setAttribute('style', 'background: white'); Great suggestion with support for threads, it's definitely something I'd like to support.
