The project was born when I was estimating my recent large projects with many tasks and many cost items.
I needed a tool
- to organize tasks and cost forecasts in a flexible hierarchical structure (top-down approach)
- to group and to analyze quantities and costs by different criteria (e.g. work breakdown structures, cost breakdown structures, tasks categories, amount of labor...)
- to show data with dynamic charts
- to support me in investment decisions and cost control
