Hey there! 11+ years ago, @jeffersonc (Jeff) and I set out on a mission to help nonprofits and causes win at digital fundraising. Thousands of nonprofits served, $MMs of donations raised, and 100% bootstrapped, we’re still going strong! Today, we’re excited to launch CauseVox’s Pledge Now, Pay Later (PNPL). Why we’re doing this: #1: Big growth in Buy Now Pay Later models (ex. Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, etc), are changing donor preferences. 46% of active donors have used a BNPL service, but there’s nothing like this for charitable donations. #2: Bigger donations, more often. In our donor study, 83% of folks that have used a BNPL service would increase their donation size and frequency if nonprofits offered donation installments like CauseVox PNPL. Our goal is to help these nonprofits raise more funds with less effort, while providing their donors the way they want to pay.
