The future of UX/Design/Mockups for mobile apps is here! 🚀
With a solid background in development I wanted to build a solution for us who are not the best creatives or designers. I wanted a tool the would help me build beautiful concepts and designs!
Meet Pixelmost - AI design and prototyping! 🙏
Build on a native app framework all designs are backed by real native apps!
Features:
- AI generation of full app designs
- AI generation of app structure and page flows
- AI generation of app name and color theming 🎨
- Easy and powerful customisation. Change everything with a few clicks.
- Large library of reusable components. And even full app templates!
- Use 11.000 free vector icons in your designs
- Integration to Unsplash to fill your apps with beautiful images (AI can even suggest images for you)
- Export as PNG or even native app to TestFlight (upcoming feature)
- Auto translate to another language 🗣️
- A format that could be used as base for a real app project. No need to build everything again! (upcoming feature)
All feedback is very much appreciated! And hope you will be inspired and amazed by how far we have come so far! 💪🥳
@beefriedman Glad you liked it! The supporting platform (Appmost) is a native app building platform in Swift for iOS as well as Kotlin for Android. So no web-support in the near future. However, there are technical possibilities to export the designs as native Android prototypes. However, the Pixelmost Studio is a quite complex software and we have no plans to bring that to web or Android unfortunately.
@jonas_andersson Congratulations on the launch! as @beefriedman already mentioned, it would be awesome if this was a webapp instead of an iOS app, and would've saved me ton of time trying to prompt various models to create app mockups for my product (launching soon).
Pixelmost sounds like a great tool for app design! How customizable are the generated components, and can they be easily integrated with existing design tools like Figma or Sketch?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Thank you for the kind words. The components are very customizable. You can edit every subcomponent of it (image, label, buttons, textfields, textviews, graphs et.c). You can also adjust view properties such as background color, background images, corner radius, margins, paddings et.c.
The foundation for Pixelmost is actually a native app building framework called Appmost, so basically it's real apps running in the background. The upcoming feature to be able to upload mockups/prototypes to TestFlight is therefor actually uploading real native apps (without advanced logic).
Also regarding importing from Figma, it is something we're looking into, but as Pixelmost is narrowed down to our own set of components (rows) it's quite a challenge to support Figma as Figma can build almost any type of view you like while we have our own way of representing views.
Thanks again!
