I'm a web developer. Using Ionic allowed me to quickly create useful mobile applications. The community is quite large and there are tons of plugins to choose from, so I don't have to think about how it all work under the hood.
This is an excellent tool for a small project that wants to build its product on a multiplatform solution that can be supported by only one developer. It saves resources significantly.
