Dear Founders/ Makers, PerceptInsight is "the companion" your startup needs to succeed. It is why some of the coolest startups and the largest unicorns use us every_single_day. Allow me to explain: At the risk of preaching to the choir, if you are launching products without having a proper handle on product insights and customer engagement you are setting yourself up for failure. Without a strong product, and an equally compelling engagement/ marketing strategy there's no foundation for a successful company. From day one, founders should focus intensely on achieving product-market fit (PMF). This means solving real customer problems, not just assumed ones. And most times customers aren't giving you the feedback explicitly but through implicit behaviours that they demonstrate on your platform or product. You may think you have launched a super cool feature but what if the customer does not think so? Or worse is not even able to get to it? Traditional analytics tools are often complex to set up and even harder to interpret. They also lack the ability to maintain context or drive meaningful engagement. What users really need from these tools is more than just data insights — they need actionable information that helps them make decisions and take immediate action based on those insights. With PerceptInsight our goal was to build a business operating system capable of generating deep insights, but also one that allows one to take action based on those insights, while preserving context. For instance, PerceptInsight can accurately forecast if certain products are underperforming in sales or if they are likely to run out of stock, before they happen and basis that it can trigger alerts to category managers. Or for that matter if your website is loading slower than usual and how that is affecting your conversion. Or if certain customers saw errors while trying to take some action and allowing you to reach out to them immediately after the issue has resolved - near real time :) etc Some of the Feature Sets that you get out of the box with a one line sdk integration: Insights: Deep dive into behavior trends and key event analytics over time, first touch last touch attributions.📈 Funnels: Track, visualize and engage in the user journey, including points of drop-off.📊 Flows: Analyze user pathways from entry point to final action.💹 Retention: Measure user retention and repeats by tracking repeat visits and engagement frequency.🫴🏼 Users: Cohorts: Group users by shared characteristics for personalized targeting.👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 Profiles (deeper integration required) : Access detailed, organized user profiles for data-driven decisions.🤵🏼‍♂️ Experiments: A/B Experiment: Test and compare product/feature variations to identify the best performer. 👭 Feature Flags: Roll out new features to specific user groups for controlled testing.🚩 Hotspots (web only) Understand areas that people click the most on your real estate, areas that lead to rage clicks, click frequencies🖱️ Heatmaps (web only) Understand to what extent people scroll on your website before they give up🔥 Campaign management (deeper integration required) Campaigns: Engage with customers basis their behaviour near real time, configure reminders, build campaigns 🎯 Flexicast: Create custom campaigns targeting user groups to boost conversions.🤑Templates: Use or design pre-made templates for streamlined campaign launches.🍸 As you would have already realised by now, given PerceptInsight is a full stack end to end platform, it works as a business operating system for any organisation that is serious about building a long lasting successful business. I welcome you to try PerceptInsight and I wish you the best as you go about building your businesses. PS: We are giving away free credits for a limited time, so you don't just take our word for it :) Cheers! Kaushik

@kaushik_mukherjee1 looks like a easier version than Google Analytics! Good job on the UX and congrats on the launch!
Kaushik Mukherjee
@the_han_kim Thanks Han, not just an easier version of google analytics but it's also a CRM platform that comes with experimentation and predictive analytics built in. I would love for you to give it a spin :)
Alejandro Cuauhtemoc-Mejia
@kaushik_mukherjee1 Agree. Building without solid product insights or understanding customer behavior is risky. Product-market fit means solving real customer problems—often expressed through implicit actions rather than direct feedback.
Kaushik Mukherjee
@alejandro_cuauhtemoc and that is why we thought we will bring PerceptInsight to product hunt as well. We worked extra hard on making it intuitive for anyone to onboard and start using the product
Shiva Tejasvi
Congratulations on the launch of PerceptInsight to @kaushik_mukherjee1 and the team! This would surely be very helpful to the startups 🥰
Kaushik Mukherjee
@shiva_tejasvi Thank you Shiva, we look forward to you trying us out :)
Bilal Asif
Congratulations @zeeshan_anwar on the launch, Would love to know what motivated you and the other founders to start working on PerceptInsight, What got you started, how did you identify the problem?
Kaushik Mukherjee
@zeeshan_anwar @bilalasif Thank you Bilal. We figured that fragmentation as a result of multiple tools was a real issue and that if we were able to preserve context we will be able to add a lot more value to end customers which was the genesis of PerceptInsight.
