Hey Product Hunt 🙋🏻
I’m Marcelo, the founder of pdforge, and I’m really excited to introduce you to a new way to automate your PDF workflows.
Ever spent hours wrestling with broken PDF layouts and fighting outdated libraries just to match your Figma design? It was the same for us. Every tiny layout tweak yanked our dev team back in, and because it took so long we often skipped changes altogether. Frustrating, right?
That’s why I created pdforge, a platform where you can generate beautiful PDFs with AI—without constantly pulling your dev team back in. Create modern, reusable templates or one-off documents in minutes. No design or code skills required.
Here are the things that make pdforge stand out:
🧠 AI-tailored templates → Describe once, get a ready-to-use PDF, then fine-tune in seconds.
🪄 Magic Documents → Generate one-off guides, lead magnets, proposals. Content & layout in a single prompt.
🛠️ Opinionated no-code builder → We set smart defaults so you refine templates lightning-fast.
🔌 Workflow-ready → Native integrations with n8n, Make, Zapier, and more. Keep PDFs out of your codebase.
🔥 Launch-week bonus: All plans are 25% off through Sunday. 🔥
We’ve been iterating on pdforge for 9 months and have already shipped over 500,000 PDFs for early users. I’d love
to hear your thoughts on the product and answer any questions you might have. 😉
Which document will you create first? 🚀
PDForge is awesome!!
Congratz! The product looks really slim! One question, I was testing the product and I saw that you only allow prompts to be sent, but you didn’t let me attach any images or documents that I have as reference. Are you thinking about adding this feature on the product?
@joao_victor_rocha_soares THanks for the feedback!
That's a great question! This is our main feature request and we're planning on adding it to the product really soon. 👀
Finally a document generator API that can deal with dynamic data without breaking the layout! Will test the product out to see if I can remove Prawn from my Rails application. 🙌🏻🙏🏻🎊
@bruno_luigi That's the point!! Also used Prawn for a while and it was so frustrating! 😅
