PathMatch is helping the students of today become skilled for the jobs of tomorrow. We’re making it easier for companies to identify and connect with matched and pre-skilled early career talent through video-based profiles. For students, we’ve created a “common app” for internships and jobs, making it easier for students to build experience through internships.. PathMatch helps Companies: - Fill internships and jobs with ease - search for students/grads based on career, interests, location, skills, school, availability, and year in school - View video-based Member Profiles that provide better context for a candidate than a resume will - Schedule interviews with 3 clicks - Improve diversity hiring efforts - Decrease time to hire and cost of campus recruiting efforts, while improving retention PathMatch helps students: - Select their best-matched modern career - Learn skills like SEO, Salesforce, and Hubspot, that they’ll never learn in the classroom - Build “hireability” that makes them more attractive and relevant to employers - Improve their interviewing skills - Land internships and jobs Feel free to share any feedback you might have about PathMatch.
