As a sophomore in college, I realized very quickly after I started getting paid to promote parties that there needed to be a frictionless, transaction fee free event hosting platform that generated an automatic list for event organizers. Basically Eventbrite but not as clunky, completely free to use (college students are forced to penny pinch), and 100% frictionless.

This version of PartyTalk is the beginning of several different horizontal products and features planned for the next few months, and we intend to monetize future products when the time comes. @kate_m97587 Hey Kate, thanks for checking us out. We plan on monetizing in two ways. The first is to send a targeted newsletter once a week with events happening near your location. This can become a highly nuanced product, but it's pretty standalone for now. The second is to become one stop shop to plan and throw a party - essentially become a marketplace connecting interested party hosts with DJs, Venues, Security, Lights & Equipment, etc. Let us know if you have any ideas and please be sure to share PartyTalk with your friends :)
