Hello Product Hunt 👋 I’m Megan, one of 3 cofounders and CEO of Ourspace. Today we’re launching our product and onboarding users for the very first time 😱 It’s crazy how exciting and nerve-wracking it is to really put your work out there! We’re building Ourspace to make re-orgs and team changes less painful for everyone. As cofounders, we’ve lived this problem first-hand, both as individual contributors getting shoved around companies (seemingly without any good reason 🙄), and then as leaders trying our best to never make our teams feel that way - all the while solving an endless puzzle of people, products, and priorities 🧩 Who Ourspace serves—Long-term we’re looking to serve all organizations where work happens in teams. Early customer discovery has led us to hypothesize that Ourspace will be a good fit for companies with 100+ people (although please tell us if you experience this at a smaller size!) With Ourspace, leaders and teammates get: 👉 Scenario playgrounds to weigh out team design options 👉 An easy-to-navigate org overview 👉 Visual, contextual employee journeys 👉 Thoughtfully designed team pages with people and business context 👉 A Slack integration to seamlessly update team changes We’re currently in beta with a waitlist BUT we’re onboarding our first 20 companies today with priority for those who sign up via Product Hunt.
