Hello Product Hunt! Long-time observer and first-time launcher - very exciting! 🚀✨
@momia and I automate tedious back-office operational tasks for our day jobs. A few months back, we got together to rethink the whole stack from scratch in the new world of advanced language AI. 💡
Almost every operational task in a business starts with an inbound message (mostly email) 📩, so we went straight to the source:
🚀 Introducing Otron.io - an Email-to-Action automation platform! 🔥
We’d love to hear how you currently handle email-driven workflows - drop a comment below and let us know! 💬
Main features:
An email management product for teams. Your whole team can prioritize and share work together so no email gets lost, with all the features you'd expect from a ticketing system.
An AI-enabled workflow builder to automate any action from any type of email.
Pricing:
AI-powered automation is so valuable that we can offer the human-operated ticketing system for free. You only pay for the actions Otron completes - no per-seat pricing, no hidden fees. This aligns our incentives with your operational efficiency, ensuring you get results without the pressure to expand seat numbers.
This is best for anyone who regularly handles typical email requests and needs to complete specific actions every time. The product is highly flexible, so almost anything is possible. 🔄
👀 We're eager to hear about specific email scenarios you deal with regularly to ensure Otron workflows can accommodate them.
Please share a rough workflow description, and we’ll set up workflows in Otron. 🤝
Can I use Otron to unsubscribe anyone who send me more than 10 emails a week?
@adrian_muresan1 haha good one.
Looking at your inbox historically would be a great addition to the workflow. But most of this can be achieved too. Here's an example: https://i.postimg.cc/fTYLMC6c/Screenshot-2025-02-23-at-10-22-38-AM.png
Step 1 - Email trigger (when a newsletter comes in)
Step 2 - Check against specific conditions you set (like if you've received these before)
Step 3 - Send a unsub request.
@adrian_muresan1 The agent can't use a browser to interact with that kind of interface yet however you can instruct it to automatically collect unsubscribe links in one place for you to just run through.
Although in a similar vein of repeat type emails, I have one setup that extracts one-time codes from Disney+ and Whatsapp's them to me. Makes logging in really convenient when a service doesn't offer mobile OTPs, especially if multiple people are on an account, you can send it to multiple recipients. Take a look at the workflow below:
